Liberty Cardiovascular Specialists welcomes new cardiologists

In February, two additional cardiologists, Arnold Pollak, MD, and Dwarak Soundarraj, MD, will join Liberty Cardiovascular Specialists, practicing with Demetrios Maragos, MD; Venkat Pasnoori, MD; and Rajendran Sabapathy, MD. Pollak is a graduate of the University of Vermont’s School of Medicine and is currently based in Burien, Wash. Pollak is a noninterventional cardiologist and is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiology and nuclear cardiology. He specializes in all noninvasive cardiovascular procedures, including CT angiography, nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and transesophageal echocardiography.

Soundarraj is a graduate of Coimbatore Medical College in India and currently serves as an invasive cardiologist in San Antonio, Texas. He is skilled in critical care, nuclear cardiology, transesophageal echocardiograms, heart catheterizations and pacemaker implantations, and he is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and echocardiography by the Board of Nuclear Cardiology and the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners.
